Screenclean 500 PG (Paste and Glue) is a high performance Aqueous based cleaner for fast, effective removal of Solder Paste and uncured Adhesive residues from Screens, Stencils and associated tooling. It also has some applications in removal of residues from misprinted PCB’s. Because it is free from Surfactants, it does not degrade in use. Screenclean 500 is available as a concentrate or pre-diluted ready for use according to the type of cleaning system and the residues to be removed. It is suitable for a wide range of process types from Ultrasonic to automatic type cleaning systems.
Screenclean 500 is environmentally safe. It is free of Surfactants, Inorganic salts, Halogenated compounds and is PH neutral. SC500 is an ultra low VOC material and is 100% bio-degradable. it is low toxicity, low odour and non flammable.
