Description
Ultrawipes are manufactured from a balanced blend of virgin Polyester and Rayon, hydro entangled into a high strength uniform fabric. The material is a premium quality product that has been developed to provide the optimum balance of attributes such as high absorbancy, toughness, abrasion resistance, and freedom from particle generation. It does not exhibit the abrasive characteristics found in competing materials containing wood pulp derived cellulose.
Ultrawipe material contains no wood pulp or re-constituted materials. Ultrawipe has been specially developed for heavy duty manual wiping tasks. It is suited to critical applications involving lens and optic cleansing. Ultrawipe material is stable when saturated with all types of industrial solvents (including Screenclean 400), acids, alkalis, amines etc., and exhibits exceptional wet burst strength and stability when pre-saturated with cleaning blends.
Surclean Screenclean 400 is a synerginistic blend of high performance Propylene Glycol Ethers specifically designed for fast, effective removal of uncured Solder Paste and Adhesive residues from screens, stencils and associated tooling. It will also remove residues from misprinted PCB’s. SC400 is surfactant free, and does not degrade in use. It has exceptional compatibility to Stencil mesh attachment adhesives. SC400 is environmentally safe. It is an ultra low VOC material and has an ODP of 0. SC400 is low toxicity, is 100% bio-degradable, and low odour.
For cleanroom class 100 use, the material is filtered to 0.1 um, and all material and packaging is air washed. All Cleanroom Class 100 grade Ultrawipes are double vacuum packed.
