Description
LF3135NC is a new Lead free Solder wire suitable for all applications and Lead free PCB finishes. It features a higher activation level for improved wetting performance whilst still giving low levels of residues on the board. Residues can be cleaned or left on the PCB as soldered. Residue performance conforms to the highest levels of corrosion resistance (see data sheet for full list of approvals). Stock reel sizes for 0.3mm diameter wire are 0.25 Kg.
