Surclean are introducing their new Greener Planet range of performance cleaning materials.
New multi-mode safer solvent
Surclean Screenclean 3003 is an advanced safer solvent based chemistry primarily for under Stencil cleaning on automatic Stencil Printers.
It is a recommended replacement for many existing solvent based under Stencil cleaning materials, and due to the lower vapour pressure, can help reduce emissions from in process printer cleaning operations. Screenclean 3003 has a high flashpoint of 86 degrees C. in comparison with I.P.A. at 12 degrees C., and therefore Screenclean 3003 is both safer for the user and safer for storage.
It is classified as non hazardous for all transport modes, and is RoHs and REACH compliant. Screenclean 3003 is made from from materials which readily bio-degrade. It is low odour, low toxicity, and does not contain anything on the EU restricted or SVHC (substances of very high concern) lists. It does not contain any Halogenated solvents or any form of Detergent, or Surfactant. Screenclean 3003 complies fully with current environmental legislation.
